Warranty
Before the purchase of products, we make a comprehensive analysis based on the customer's comments and requests and recommend to the customer the most suitable product for their actual needs. We let customers know the performance characteristics of the selected product so that there are not any unfulfilled expectations.
When a purchase of products has been initiated, we communicate to our customers the completion of the product. In strict accordance with the relevant provisions of the terms of the contract for production and delivery, we ensure that the product is intact, and sent to the customer within the specified time and requested location.
We do a follow-up and provide relevant maintenance knowledge if there are any quality problems that require free repair or replacement under the warranty period, while the products have been kept under normal storage, maintenance and use conditions. If the end consumer has caused damage to the product as a result of improper use or work, the company provides compensation for product maintenance services. Products that are not covered by the warranty will also be provided with paid maintenance services.Before the purchase of products, we will be based on customer comments and requests, a comprehensive analysis, recommend to customers the most suitable for the actual needs of the product, and let customers know the performance characteristics of the selected product.
